Research shows that lavender, eucalyptus and mint are calming aromas for dogs. As always I strive to help your dog be as relaxed as possible while being groomed. I have found all three aromas work equally as well. To keep the grooming experience fun, I change the aroma every so often.

Believe it or not, dogs have music preferences just like humans. It' s hard to know what your dog likes, however I play music that is considered easy listening, to aid in the relaxation of your dog. Some dogs are further calmed if I sing along. (At times like that, you may want to reconsider "sitting in" on the grooming.)
